Use of this site
This site is published by Stodashi for general information. Use is at the visitor’s discretion and risk. The firm makes no representation that the content is current, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
No offer
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation in respect of any service, security, transaction, or investment. Engagements arise only under signed agreement with the firm.
Intellectual property
All content, marks, and code on this site are the property of Stodashi unless otherwise indicated. No licence is granted by access to the site.
Confidentiality of submissions
Material submitted through the Engage, Connect, and Divest forms — including any attachments — is treated by the firm as commercially confidential. Such material is held within the firm, accessed only by personnel involved in evaluating the submission, and not disclosed outside the firm except (a) to processors named in the privacy notice, in their capacity as processors; (b) to professional advisers under duties of confidence; or (c) where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a competent authority. Submission of material does not, of itself, create a fiduciary, contractual, or advisory relationship; any such relationship arises only under signed agreement.
Unsolicited proprietary information
Where a sender chooses to include information they consider proprietary, they do so at their own risk and on the basis above. The firm accepts no obligation broader than that set out in these terms unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm is not liable for any loss arising from access to or use of this site, including loss of data, profits, or business. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Accessibility
The firm aims to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA across this site. Reports of access barriers may be sent to contact@stodashi.co.uk and will be addressed as resources permit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site.
Changes
These terms may be amended without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
For specific engagements, the controlling document is the executed agreement, not this page.
